CONTRACT
These terms of sale govern the sale of goods supplied by Glencoe Limited to the customer. These terms and conditions constitute the entire and only
agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance and processing of
your order combined with the dispatch of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us.

PRICE and PAYMENT
The price and payment options for your order are set out on our website.
We reserve the option to cancel an order if any details are incorrect.
All prices on the Glencoe Ltd. website exclude VAT at 20%.
Vat is chargeable where applicable.

DELIVERY and TITLE
We will deliver the goods in accordance with your order.
A signature may be required on the delivery of your order.
Upon dispatch of your order, the title of the goods will pass to you.
In the event that you have not received your order within 7 working days,
We ask you to contact us immediately.

AVAILABILITY
All product on our website are generally in stock.
In the event that we have a supply problem,we will inform you.
Payment will only be taken if stock is available for your order.
If payment is taken incorrectly,it will be rectified as a priority.

CANCELLATIONS and RETURNS
If you wish to return the order you have received,you will be required
to return it at your own expence. Goods must be returned within 14 days
of  receipt, and be returned in the new original condition & packaging.
Goods deemed to be damaged will have a 15% handling charge deducted
from the refund.

WARRANTY CLAIMS
Warranty issues must be reported to us before return, we will issue a
‘Returns No.’ and ask you to print this on your packaging.
We draw your attention to the ‘Terms of Warranty’ which can be
 found on our website.
